Variations & daywork
Prepare variation records or quotations with the changed scope and supporting evidence. Track approval status and provide an outstanding-variation report for client review.

Optional / After the setup
Once your workflow is configured in Site Manager Pro (SMP), your team can run it independently. Continued commercial support is a separate service, with agreed tasks, reports, review frequency and responsibilities.

Maintain agreed prices, packages, locations, forms and approval settings as the project changes, keeping the setup aligned with the agreed scope.
Support scope & fees
Outputs depend on the commissioned support scope and enabled SMP modules. Your proposal confirms the tasks, included hours or days, review frequency, reports, response arrangements and responsibilities. Support is limited to that agreed allowance.
Your nominated client approvers retain commercial decision and payment authority. Payroll processing remains with the appointed payment provider.
Monthly retainers are payable in advance, with an initial three-month minimum term. Full payment and notice terms are confirmed in the proposal. Additional work and expenses require approval.
Example review output
The agreed support scope can include an outstanding-items report for your commercial team. Each item has a location, record reference, issue, responsible reviewer and next action.
| Illustrative item | Review point | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Package progress claim | Required completion evidence is missing. | Assigned team supplies the record; the client approver reviews the claim. |
| Changed scope | Variation quotation awaiting a decision. | Nominated commercial reviewer confirms the next step. |
| Wage report | Approved booking requires an agreed adjustment. | Client confirms the adjustment before the report goes to its payment provider. |
Demonstration examples only. The support agreement confirms the actual reports, review frequency, allowance and response arrangements.
