Your deliverables
- Agreed project and package structure
- Pricework records and inspection forms
- User responsibilities and reporting routes
- Pilot, team training and handover record

Project Setup / Core service
We work with you on scope, individual pricework rates, client-agreed package values and commercial flow, then configure your project in Site Manager Pro (SMP). The agreed service includes a pilot, training and handover checks.
Illustrative construction image
We follow a representative package through the agreed process, record open actions and check the setup against the proposal before handover.
Your team then operates the project.
What PreciseDrylining brings to your project
Choose individual pricework, packages for teams and small subcontractors, or a combination. We work through package boundaries, booking stages, completion evidence and approval responsibilities with your team.
Give individual operatives clearly defined work and an agreed basis for claiming it.
Organise larger sections of work into packages with clear ownership and completion requirements.
Workflows across drylining packages
We configure workflows around partitions, plasterboard, ceilings and finishing, using your agreed scope, schedules and approved completion criteria. Work stages, evidence and review responsibilities are agreed before the setup is built.
| Package scope | Illustrative workflow structure |
|---|---|
| Metal stud partitions | Setting out, framing and openings recorded by wall type, location and agreed installation stage. |
| Boarding & insulation | Board layers, insulation and concealed-work checks before closure, based on the approved specification. |
| Ceilings & bulkheads | Ceiling grids, board linings, access panels and bulkheads with agreed scope and inspection stages. |
| Taping, jointing & close-out | Surface preparation, jointing, finishing and snag records against the agreed completion standard. |
Illustrative scope structures. The client validates technical requirements and inspection criteria. Design, physical testing, certification and technical acceptance remain with the appointed competent parties.
Illustrative drylining record
Demonstration structure, not a live client record or an SMP screenshot. Technical questions and evidence requirements are approved for the project.
From site record to claim review
This drylining example shows the information your team needs to record and review. We agree the fields, checks and responsibilities with you, then configure the process in SMP.
The client team completes the inspections and retains technical acceptance and claim approval.

| Question to resolve | What PreciseDrylining structures |
|---|---|
| Where does each team's scope start and finish? | Separate work stages and locations, with clear inclusions and responsible teams. |
| What counts as completed work? | Agreed completion criteria, part-booking rules and supporting evidence for each stage. |
| Who checks the work and authorises a claim? | Client-approved inspection and claim responsibilities, with configured controls where supported. |
| What happens to defects or changed scope? | A defined route for issue records, remedial actions and authorised variations. |
| How does it reach the commercial team? | The agreed record and reporting flow for approved progress, wages and applications. |
Illustrative package decisions. Scope boundaries, values and approval requirements are agreed with the client.
Illustrative workflow / Not a live project
Choose a drylining package and explore five stages. This illustrates the process PreciseDrylining can configure in SMP.
Specific controls depend on the agreed setup and enabled SMP modules. Payroll is processed by the client's appointed payment provider; applications require the relevant billing module.
What you receive at handover
Your agreed outputs include the configured project, pricework and package records, QA forms, approval responsibilities and reporting workflows. The proposal defines the scope, pilot, training and acceptance checks.
| Setup output | What is agreed and configured | Handover check |
|---|---|---|
| Project structure | Locations, coding, work stages and package boundaries. | Client reviews the structure against the agreed project scope. |
| Pricework & packages | Individual pricework items, client-agreed package values and booking stages. | Sample items and bookings are checked against the approved schedule. |
| QA & evidence | Forms, photo requirements and inspection records using client-approved technical requirements. | Sample inspections are completed and reviewed by the appointed client team. |
| Responsibilities & approvals | Who books, inspects, reviews claims and approves each relevant stage. | Agreed user access and approval arrangements are checked in the pilot. |
| Commercial record flow | Variation records, wage reporting and application workflows within the enabled modules. | A sample record is followed through the agreed reporting route. |
| Training & handover | Agreed training, pilot, operating responsibilities and outstanding actions. | Client reviews the pilot and confirms acceptance against the proposal. |
Inclusions depend on the agreed scope, SMP capabilities and enabled modules. The proposal confirms the acceptance process and any remaining actions.

We review where your project information comes from, who owns it and where approved records need to go. Your existing systems and approval procedures inform the setup.
Identify approved scope, drawings, price schedules and technical criteria. Agree which records are held in SMP and how revisions are supplied by the client.
Agree required reports and available export formats with the client's commercial team, accountant, agency or payroll provider. Validate the reporting route during the pilot.
Define users, responsibilities and price visibility within SMP's available controls. Review the proposed access arrangements with the client before live use.
Questions about hosting, security, data processing, retention, backups and account access are referred to SMP for confirmation. Any required integration is assessed before it is included in the proposal.
Available exports and reporting routes are agreed for the project. Automatic synchronisation with existing systems is only included where the capability has been confirmed.
Responsibilities & handover
| PreciseDrylining | Client and appointed teams | Site Manager Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Works through requirements and configures the agreed project workflow. | Provides approved scope, values, technical requirements and nominated approvers. | Provides the software platform and enabled modules under its own agreement. |
| Supports the agreed pilot, training and handover checks. | Reviews the setup, participates in the pilot and accepts the agreed build. | Confirms platform capabilities, licence options and software assurance information. |
| Provides any separately commissioned ongoing support. | Runs delivery, checks and commercial approvals after handover, with agreed support where appointed. | Handles platform-level service matters under its support arrangements. |
Any identified mismatch with the agreed build requirements is reviewed against the proposal and recorded for resolution. The proposal defines the correction and acceptance arrangements.
New locations, altered scope, new forms or changes to the commercial process are assessed as additional work unless included in the original agreement. Continued support has a separate scope and fee.
Fees & software
PreciseDrylining assesses the locations, work stages, packages, forms and reporting required. Your proposal confirms the deliverables, fee, pilot, training and handover arrangements.
The setup fee is payable before work starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional scope and any continued support are agreed separately.
