Optional / After the setup

Ongoing commercial support.
When you need it.

Once your workflow is configured in Site Manager Pro (SMP), your team can run it independently. Continued commercial support is a separate service, with agreed tasks, reports, review frequency and responsibilities.

Commercial support through SMP

Keep the commercial process
moving with the project.

Choose a defined monthly support allowance or commission additional work. The proposal confirms the activities, review frequency, reports and responsibilities.

01

Variations & daywork

Prepare variation records or quotations with the changed scope and supporting evidence. Track approval status and provide an outstanding-variation report for client review.

02

Pricework & package claims

Review bookings against the agreed scope, progress and QA evidence. Provide a list of claim queries or missing records for the client's authorised approver.

03

Wage report extraction

Extract wage reports from approved bookings for the accountant, agency or payroll provider, with queries and agreed adjustments recorded within the commissioned support scope.

04

Valuations & applications

Help prepare agreed valuation or application records with supporting progress evidence, separating original scope, variations and daywork. The relevant billing module is required.

05

Retention, deductions & payment records

Maintain agreed retention, deduction and payment records, highlighting outstanding items and queries for the client to review.

06

Commercial evidence & reporting

Provide agreed reports on booked work, approvals, outstanding variations and missing evidence, giving the client's commercial team a defined set of records to review.

07

Workflow upkeep

Maintain agreed prices, packages, locations, forms and approval settings as the project changes, keeping the setup aligned with the agreed scope.

Support scope & fees

A defined allowance.
A separate agreement.

Outputs depend on the commissioned support scope and enabled SMP modules. Your proposal confirms the tasks, included hours or days, review frequency, reports, response arrangements and responsibilities. Support is limited to that agreed allowance.

Your nominated client approvers retain commercial decision and payment authority. Payroll processing remains with the appointed payment provider.

Monthly retainers are payable in advance, with an initial three-month minimum term. Full payment and notice terms are confirmed in the proposal. Additional work and expenses require approval.

Example review output

A defined review.
A useful action record.

The agreed support scope can include an outstanding-items report for your commercial team. Each item has a location, record reference, issue, responsible reviewer and next action.
